PhoPick Privacy Policy
PhoPick is a photo cleanup app. Photo analysis happens on your device. We do not upload your photos to our servers, do not show ads, and do not track you across apps or websites.

1. Information We Access
With your permission, PhoPick accesses your Apple Photos library so you can review photos, compare similar photos, mark photos for cleanup, and delete photos after confirmation.
PhoPick may process photo metadata on your device, such as creation dates, modification dates, local asset identifiers, thumbnails, and similarity results. This information is used only to provide photo cleanup features.
2. Information We Collect
We do not collect photos, videos, photo library contents, personal account information, advertising identifiers, or location data on our servers.
The app may store settings, cleanup progress, achievement progress, purchase entitlement status, and similar app state locally on your device.
3. Photo Processing
Photo analysis is performed on device. PhoPick does not upload your photos for cloud analysis. When you delete photos, the action is performed through Apple's Photos framework and requires your confirmation. Deleted photos may still appear in the Photos app's Recently Deleted album according to Apple's system behavior.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
PhoPick may offer subscriptions or in-app purchases through Apple's App Store. Apple processes payments, renewals, refunds, and payment credentials. PhoPick uses StoreKit to check whether you have an active entitlement. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
5. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
PhoPick does not use third-party advertising SDKs, does not show ads, and does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
6. Diagnostics and Support
The app may create local diagnostic logs to help understand app behavior. These logs stay on your device unless you choose to share information with us when requesting support. If you contact us by email, we use the information you provide only to respond to your request.
7. Your Choices
- You can grant, limit, or revoke photo library access in iOS Settings.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
- You can delete the app to remove app data stored locally on your device, subject to iOS backup and system behavior.

- 你可以卸载 App 来移除设备上的本地 App 数据，但仍会受 iOS 备份和系统行为影响。
