KaoBan Subscription Terms

These terms explain KaoBan's auto-renewable subscriptions and credit rules. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

1. Subscription Products

KaoBan may offer monthly auto-renewable subscription plans, including:

Actual prices, free trials, introductory offers, and availability are shown in the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm payment. The App Store purchase sheet controls the final price and billing terms.

2. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, according to Apple's App Store rules. Your Apple ID account is charged by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

3. Credits

Credits are used for AI generation and document-related features. New users may receive an initial free credit grant. Paid subscription credits reset once per subscription period. Subscription credits are designed as monthly usage allowance and do not accumulate across subscription periods.

AI generation credit deductions are based on estimated model usage cost and the current service-side credit multiplier. The exact deduction may vary depending on prompt length, document size, generated output length, model pricing, and service configuration.

4. Refunds, Revocation, Expiration, and Grace Period

Apple handles refunds and payment issues. KaoBan receives StoreKit transaction information and App Store Server Notifications to update subscription status. If a subscription expires, is revoked, or is refunded, KaoBan may remove subscription access and reclaim unused subscription credits from the current subscription period. Already consumed credits are not deducted below zero.

If Apple reports a billing grace period, KaoBan may keep subscription access active during that grace period according to the server-side entitlement state.

5. No Transfer or Cash Value

Credits are tied to your KaoBan account and are not cash, stored value, or transferable property. Credits cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another user, or redeemed outside KaoBan.

6. Changes

KaoBan may change subscription plans, credit grants, supported models, or feature availability. Material price changes are handled through Apple's App Store purchase and subscription systems where required.

7. Support

If a subscription or credit balance looks incorrect, first use Restore Purchases in the app. If the issue remains, contact us at lzwmax@qq.com and include your app user ID if available.

考伴可能提供按月自动续期订阅，包括：

2. 自动续期

根据 Apple App Store 规则，订阅会自动续期，除非你至少在当前周期结束前 24 小时取消。Apple 会向你的 Apple ID 账号收费。你可以在系统设置 > Apple ID > 订阅中管理或取消订阅。

3. 积分

积分用于 AI 生成和文档相关功能。新用户可能获得首次免费积分。付费订阅积分会在每个订阅周期重置一次。订阅积分是月度使用额度，不会跨订阅周期累积。

AI 生成的积分扣减基于预估模型调用成本和当前服务端积分系数。具体扣减可能受到 Prompt 长度、文档大小、生成内容长度、模型价格和服务配置影响。

4. 退款、撤销、过期与宽限期

退款和支付问题由 Apple 处理。考伴会接收 StoreKit 交易信息和 App Store Server Notifications，用于更新订阅状态。如果订阅过期、撤销或退款，考伴可能移除订阅权益，并回收当前订阅周期内尚未使用的订阅积分。已经消耗的积分不会扣成负数。

如果 Apple 返回账单宽限期，考伴可能根据服务端权益状态在宽限期内继续保留订阅访问。

5. 不可转让且不具现金价值

积分绑定你的考伴账号，不是现金、储值或可转让财产。积分不能兑换现金，不能转让给其他用户，也不能在考伴之外使用。

6. 变更

考伴可能调整订阅方案、积分发放、支持模型或功能可用性。涉及价格的重要变更会按要求通过 Apple App Store 的购买和订阅系统处理。

7. 支持

如果订阅或积分余额显示异常，请先在 App 中使用「恢复购买」。如果问题仍然存在，可以通过 lzwmax@qq.com 联系我们，并尽量附上 App 内用户 ID。
